I am a nationally certified counselor with a working understanding of various areas
of personal development.
Specialty fields include individual, couples, as well as career, motivational and lifestyle counseling.
In working with me, clients will develop the necessary tools needed for living a healthy and joyful life. If avid in their own recovery, clients will succeed in finding beauty all around them in everyday occurrences; thus learning to embrace the myriad of adventures that await them!
Relevant Counseling Experience:
Including but not limited to, Substance abuse and addiction, eating disorders, cutting, social media phenomena e.g. cyberbullying, grief, loss, and bereavement, sexuality, divorce and relationships, as well as counseling for depression,anxiety, PTSD, bipolar and schizophrenia disorders.
